On a mission for better Customer Service
It’s time we all took a stand!
I mean, why should we take it any more?
Are we just not worthy?
Customer service, bad customer service is what I’m talking about.
And value, where has all the value gone?
Jules my partner might tell you it’s just my age and I’m having a bit of a Clarkson-esq rant . . . but I believe it’s deeper than that.
Shops, service companies, tradies - it’s everywhere. And I’m not just talking about people smiling, saying hello and being polite.
I’m talking about companies who promise they’ll do something, and then quite simply don't.
It amazes me that on such a small Island like Jersey, they get away with it. You’d think that word of mouth being what it is, they’d be out of business . . . but they’re not.
I’ve always run my companies based on 5-Star customer service. And it’s not just because I want to stay in business, it’s how I like to treat people in general.
If I say I’ll do something, then come hell or high water, I’ll do it. I think they call it integrity or something like that.
Anyway, it seems to have worked as we're still in business 11 years later. And a lot of that is down to the boys and girls who I work with who have the same values.
And so into battle . . . all Superhero like.
Taking on the big boys who have all the bright lights and big promises, but who let their customers down time and again.
We're going to do what we've been doing for over two decades - deliver the best branding, creative, content and social media.
So are you in? Ready to join the movement against shocking customer service?
