How to Stand Out in a Crowded Market
Take the path less travelled, it’s quieter there.
Saturday was decompression day after 2 weeks of membership launches.
During a 2 hour hike in the Parque Natural Los Alcornocales, we saw only 4 other people.
And I can describe exactly what they looked like.
Which got me thinking about going in the opposite direction of the crowd.
As the owner of a coaching business, how do you stand out?
All marketplaces are busy now, so how do you get seen?
You do the opposite of the others; you go niche.
While the competition all sends the same generic message, you go super specific.
Scary? Maybe.
Effective? Ohh yes!
When I niched down to being the Kajabi Guy, within 4 weeks, we started to attract our dream clients.
Within 6 months, I had more enquiries than I could deal with.
They say the riches are in the niches.
They are right.
Try to serve everyone, and you’ll serve no one.
But when you get super specific with your offer, you’ll have less noise and more quality.
Now, doesn’t that sound like a walk in the park?
