Ask yourself:

  • What keeps them awake at night?

  • What's their ultimate goal?

3. "Find Them"

Time for some real-world research:

  • Where do they spend time online?
  • What solutions are they already trying?
  • What's failed them so far?
  • What questions do they keep asking?

4. "Reality Check"

This is crucial - be honest with yourself:

  • Can you genuinely help them?
  • Will they value your solution?
  • Are you excited about serving them?

Quick Tips for Research:

  • Draw from your own experience - what challenges have you overcome?
  • Join LinkedIn or Facebook groups in your niche - what questions keep coming up?
  • Read competitor testimonials - who's getting great results?
